You might also note in the photo that the bottle handle is on the left. Generally the handle is on the right side of the bottle, but when we photographed this particular bottle a customer had actually requested a "left-handed" bottle. Not many merchants would've accommodated such a request, but we did.

News Update! Vermont has a new grading system. Vermont Fancy, Grade A Medium Amber, and Grade B have all been renamed. The new grading system has evolved to provide a more accurate description based on consumer preference.
Grade A: Golden Color with Delicate Taste - Formerly known as "Vermont Fancy" or simply "Fancy" this syrup grade has a light golden amber color with delicate maple bouquet. Delightfully mild maple flavor, excellent on ice cream or on food which permits its subtle flavor to be appreciated - a gourmet choice, and the preferred grade for candies and other maple specialties.
Grade A: Amber Color with Rich Taste - Formerly known as "Grade A Medium Amber" or simply "Medium Amber" this grade is most popular as an all-around syrup and perfect choice if you're not sure which syrup grade to choose when giving maple syrup as a gift. Consider it a middle of the road grade, yet still having a distinctive maple bouquet.
Grade A: Dark Color with Robust Taste - Formerly known as "Grade B Maple Syrup" or simply "Grade B" this grade is often used as a cooking syrup and a popular choice for those who enjoy a hearty, robust flavor.
