    Maple Syrup, MADE IN AMERICA!

Now of course ALL the maple syrup we sell is 100% pure Vermont maple syrup, but we named this tin "MADE IN AMERICA" because of the USA flag on the front. Though the trend is towards plastic jugs (cheaper to ship) and glass (better for the environment), we still wanted to offer our customers a couple tin container options as well. After all, tin containers were used for generations, long before plastic became the de facto container option. Plus, this maple syrup container ships quite nicely.

News Update! Vermont has a new grading system. Vermont Fancy, Grade A Medium Amber, and Grade B have all been renamed. The new grading system has evolved to provide a more accurate description based on consumer preference.

fancy grade Grade A: Golden Color with Delicate Taste - Formerly known as "Vermont Fancy" or simply "Fancy" this syrup grade has a light golden amber color with delicate maple bouquet. Delightfully mild maple flavor, excellent on ice cream or on food which permits its subtle flavor to be appreciated - a gourmet choice, and the preferred grade for candies and other maple specialties.

grade A medium amber Grade A: Amber Color with Rich Taste - Formerly known as "Grade A Medium Amber" or simply "Medium Amber" this grade is most popular as an all-around syrup and perfect choice if you're not sure which syrup grade to choose when giving maple syrup as a gift. Consider it a middle of the road grade, yet still having a distinctive maple bouquet.

grade B maple syrup Grade A: Dark Color with Robust Taste - Formerly known as "Grade B Maple Syrup" or simply "Grade B" this grade is often used as a cooking syrup and a popular choice for those who enjoy a hearty, robust flavor.
