And, I grew up in Vermont and lived there for a large part of my life, so I know maple candy. This guy makes good stuff! Admittedly maple candy is expensive, and rightly so. The process of boiling down maple sap to maple syrup and then further heating to make pure maple candy requires a great deal of time and energy. It takes 40 gallons of maple sap just to make one gallon of maple syrup, and we haven't even made candy yet. So, in an effort to keep prices as low as possible we offer what we call No Frills Bulk Maple Candy in the shape of maple leafs, and it's a BEST-SELLER!
