PIECES OF VERMONT® website owner Rick Smith can personally connect with two companies from Vermont, the Grafton Village Cheese Co. and the Vermont Bowl Company, because he happen to grow up near both. As a youngster Rick used to fish and swim in the Saxtons River, behind the original Grafton Village Cheese factory. During his high school years he lived just up the road from the Vermont Bowl Company factory outlet store.
