Another great way to enjoy Smoke and Cure Summer Sausage is to slice the link into slabs (length-wise), apply Curtis BBQ Sauce, and give it a light grill. Serve with homemade potato salad, chopped spinach leaves or collard greens with a Tbsp. of red wine vinegar, fresh corn-on-the-cob, and you've got a wonderful summer meal.
