Barbecue Sauces
Fire up the grill!
For your next backyard barbecue, campfire dinner, or tailgate party try
Curtis All American Southern Style Barbecue Sauce or Richard's ALL NATURAL Barbecue Sauces, Game Sauce, Marinade and HOT Sauce.
Great flavors for everything from burgers and chicken to ribs and steak. We also offer Granny Blossom's
Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce, made with pure apple cider. Man is it good on ribs!! Lastly, in our
"Smokin' Best BBQ Sauces Sampler"
you'll find a couple sauces that are not Vermont barbecue sauces at all. In fact, one is from Key West, FL and one from South Carolina. Why are we
including them? Simple. They're delicious!

Richard's Game Sauce 19 oz. bottle $7.00 ea.

Richard's GAME SAUCE is ideal for barbecue salmon. Often salmon is baked in the oven, but what if you'd rather be outdoors.
Well, simply place the salmon on a piece of tin foil and brush with GAME SAUCE. Cook it slow and low
over medium heat. DELISH!

If you don't have time to order our Curtis' BBQ sauces
or Richard's
then don't be afraid to try the Budweiser Barbecue Sauce from your local grocery. It's not that bad! The sauce is similar to Curtis' BBQ sauce because
it holds a blend of heat, vinegar, fresh herbs and garden vegetables with subtle notes of hops, malts and rice. Most BBQ sauces are made with sugar, but
Curtis' and this Bud sauce use vinegar, which gives the sauce a bit more bite!

Simple Corn Cakes
If you're looking for something delicious to go with your Curtis' southern-style barbecue ribs, other than slaw, baked beans, or corn-on-the-cob, make up a batch of
Simple Corn Cakes. They're simple to make and absolutely delicious! The first time I made them was for a Super Bowl party. We were
BBQing ribs of course, but I needed something to go with the ribs and this was it! Email me (Rick) for the recipe. And be sure to make up a big batch
because you'll be amazed at how fast your friends and family gobble them up.
St. Louis Style Barbecue Pork Spareribs
Wanna grill OUTSTANDING ribs that are every bit as delicious as those professional guys barbecue? No problem. Gas, charcoal, or electric
grill, we've got you covered. No need to ponder the hundreds of barbecue sauces out there either. The one we use has never received a
bad review. Learn more...
